The Summer Food Service Program, which provides free meals to kids in Venango county, is in need of volunteers to help distribute bagged meals for around an hour 3 days a week. Volunteers would help distribute meals Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at various locations in Oil City and Franklin, between 11:00 and 1:00.
